The name Bubbling Bliss has its roots in meditation.
My meditation mentor, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, used the expression “bubbling bliss” to describe the feeling that can arise in meditation, a quiet sense of wellbeing that comes from within.
That image stayed with me.
It’s also the feeling I hope my clients carry with them after a treatment, whether it takes place in my studio or in their home: that sense of having truly rested, of having slowed down enough to reconnect with themselves, and perhaps of feeling just a little lighter than when they arrived.
For me, Bubbling Bliss is not about escaping from life. It is about creating enough stillness to meet life from a more grounded place.
